Although rare, products may be damaged in transit or have hidden defects.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within
48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
Damaged products are not eligible for refund, but we will replace or repair the affected items at no additional cost.
How to File a Damage Claim- Send clear photos of the damaged product to sales@fabubath.com.
- Include close-up and wide shots of the damage, as well as images of the shipping box and label.
- Include your order number and contact information in the message.
- Upon approval, a prepaid UPS return label will be emailed to you.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped promptly.
Our customer service team typically responds within
one business day, though processing time may vary. In some cases, we may request additional photos or a short video to help us coordinate with our shipping or manufacturing partners. Once approved, we’ll organize pickup and replacement.
