Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our products. Orders can be delivered anywhere within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery
Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery window based on product availability and your location.
After your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately for any visible damage or defects. If any damage or cracking is observed:
  • Make a note of the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report the problem to us within 36 hours of receiving your shipment by contacting sales@fabubath.com.
Claims submitted after this 36-hour period cannot be accepted, so please check all items carefully upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
For products that are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends or national holidays.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, been delivered, or picked up, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items
Although rare, products may be damaged in transit or have hidden defects.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
Damaged products are not eligible for refund, but we will replace or repair the affected items at no additional cost.
How to File a Damage Claim
  1. Send clear photos of the damaged product to sales@fabubath.com.
  • Include close-up and wide shots of the damage, as well as images of the shipping box and label.
  1. Include your order number and contact information in the message.
  2. Upon approval, a prepaid UPS return label will be emailed to you.
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped promptly.
Our customer service team typically responds within one business day, though processing time may vary. In some cases, we may request additional photos or a short video to help us coordinate with our shipping or manufacturing partners. Once approved, we’ll organize pickup and replacement.
