We are pleased to offer shipping services within the contiguous United States for all our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. Free shipping includes one delivery attempt.
Shipping Areas
  • Free shipping applies to the 48 continental/contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, United States Virgin Islands, any outlining mainland USA islands, Canada.
Shipping Address

It's crucial to provide a full and correct shipping address during checkout. Please take a moment to carefully review your address before finalizing your purchase. If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, you must inform us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@fabubath.com. Please include your order number and the updated address in your email. If you fail to inform us about a mistake in the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, additional fees may apply to reroute the shipping.
Important Notice Regarding Shipped Orders

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address and availability to receive your order.

Once an order has left our factory, our freight partners charge significant fees to intercept, reroute, or return a shipment. Free Shipping includes one delivery attempt.

For this reason, if an order has already shipped, a fee will be applied to cover these costs. This fee is determined by the courier, and out of our control. The average fee can range from $150-500+ depending on the courier. It applies in the following situations:

  • The shipping address needs to be changed or corrected.
  • The delivery is refused or cannot be accepted by the customer.
  • The shipment must be returned to us because the customer is unable to accept it at the time of delivery.
Large Freight Ship Via Curbside Delivery

Large freight applies to products such as vanities, linen cabinets, and large mirrors and mirror cabinets. This means the carrier will drop it off on your property but will not deliver inside your home, porch, garage, kitchen, etc. Please note that delivery does not include moving the item into your home, uncrating, unpacking, or installation services. Once the item has been delivered, it is your responsibility to properly move, unpack, and install the product. The delivery partner's responsibility ends once the item has been placed at the designated secure location.

Smaller products such as small mirrors and mirror cabinets, drains are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS. A signature will not be required and the courier will leave it on your property, typically at or near your front door.

All delivery dates listed on the website are estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and subject to change based on courier shipping times, delivery appointment availability and warehouse processing times.
Freight Shipments / LTL Delivery Process

Large products are shipped via Freight / LTL (Less-than-truckload).

The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. A person, 18-years or older, must be available at the time of delivery to inspect the delivered item(s), sign and accept the shipment.

The courier will offer options to deliver your freight shipment.

If you are unable to accept delivery, the courier will return to sender, or begin charging a storage fee
If returned to sender, it will be treated as a return and a restocking fee will apply. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.

If the customer requests a delivery date past the offered window, the courier will charge storage fees. Storage fees are to be paid by the customer. The average fee can range from $25-100/day depending on the courier and location.

Any additional charges by the courier will be paid by the customer. These can occur when customers request to delay deliver, or asking for extra services from the courier. These are charged by the courier and out of our control.

Shipments that are refused will be sent back to the warehouse and automatically treated as a return. A restocking fee will apply. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Tracking number(s) are provided via email within 2-5 business days after the date of the order is placed, or after the warehouse processing date.
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately for any visible damage or defects. If any damage or cracking is observed:
  • Make a note of the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report the problem to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment by contacting sales@fabubath.com.
Claims submitted after this 48-hour period cannot be accepted, so please check all items carefully upon delivery. See the Damage Claim Policy for full details.
Estimated Delivery Time
For products that are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

All delivery dates listed on the website are estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and subject to change based on courier shipping times, delivery appointment availability and warehouse processing times.

Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends or national holidays.
Order Cancellation
Please call us with the order number right away if you wish to cancel your order.

Any processed, shipped or picked up orders cannot be cancelled. Any orders after being processed, shipped or picked up will be considered as a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although rare, products may be damaged in transit or have hidden defects. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
